This Girl Can celebrates women of all shapes, sizes and abilities who enjoy exercise no matter how they do it, how they look or even how red their faces get. This app has been designed to encourage women and girls to get involved with the campaign, with the opportunity to create their own This Girl Can poster.y!
By selecting your county from the drop down menu, you give your consent for your image to be used as part of the This Girl Can campaign. Some posters will be used on the This Girl Can Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts. Some posters may be used on screens in selected shopping centres nationwide. If your photo is chosen to appear on a screen, you will be notified via email.
Either take a photo using your phone’s camera or choose one from your photo library. This is the image that will appear on your very own This Girl Can poster.

You can post your This Girl Can poster straight to your Facebook or Twitter account. You can also tap and hold the image to save it to your gallery if you want to share at another time.
